Goal
Create an audience of dormant users based on account and email activity and route them to Braze for email re-engagement.
How you do it
- Setup your Data Warehouse as a Source in GrowthLoop.
- Setup your customers table from Data Warehouse.
- Activate Braze as a Destination.
- Create an audience in GrowthLoop.
- Select users who have not purchased any items.
- Select users who have not sold any items.
- Select users who have not opened an email in the last 30 days.
- Export to Braze.
- Navigate to the Segments Section in Braze. Your audience will take 2-4 hours to fully populate.
- Your audience will continue to load to Braze every day with updates.
- Create a Braze Email campaign to engage these customers with the right product.
