Step 1
Create a referral incentive program and any necessary processes or internal codes for this program. You may need to speak with multiple departments, such as sales and customer service, before rolling this out.

Add your data warehouse as a source in GrowthLoop (or your data activation tool).
Step 3
Create your customer table in your data warehouse and ensure that it includes fields for existing customer status, claim history, customer contact information (emails), and account types.

Activate your marketing tool as a destination.
Step 5
Create an audience in GrowthLoop.
Step 6
Apply filters to select customers who have not made a claim in the last 90 days. Note: If your referral program doesn’t have a claim volume requirement, you can remove this filter.
Step 7
Apply filters to also select customers with multiple accounts.
Step 8
Export the audience to your marketing tool.
Step 9
Navigate to the marketing tool and locate the new audience.
Note: Your audience may take two to four hours to fully populate, so you may need to return later. Your audience will continue to load every day with updates as new customer leads meet the audience criteria.
Step 10
Measure success by tracking the number of successful lead conversions from the new referral program.
